Abstract

The Construction Cost Index (IKK) in 2020 is a price index that describes the level of construction costs with the City of Semarang as a reference. The selection of reference cities is based on areas that have an index close to the national average index. The IKK data is obtained from the results of the Construction Costly Price Survey specifically for building/construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service fees carried out in all regencies/cities in Indonesia. The 2020 IKK is one of the main components used for calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for the 2021 Fiscal Year
