Abstract

  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels and other accommodation in North Kalimantan Province in May 2024 was 34.51 percent or an increase of 4.08 points compared to the TPK in April 2024 which was recorded at 30.43 percent.
  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in North Kalimantan Province in May 2024 was 51.09 percent, an increase of 14.44 points compared to the TPK for April 2024 which was 36.65 percent.
  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for non-star hotels/other accommodation in North Kalimantan Province in May 2024 was 31.03 percent, an increase of 1.92 points compared to the TPK for April 2024 which was 29.11 percent.
  • The number of foreign tourist visits in May 2024 was recorded at 688 visits or a decrease of 165 visits compared to the previous month which reached 853 visits.
  • Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists (tourists) visiting North Kalimantan in the 2024 period reached 4,117 visits.
